Sierra Seals was acquired by Central States Industrial (CSI) on August 1, 2022. CSI is a leader in the supply of hygienic pipe, valves, fittings, pumps, heat exchangers, and MRO supplies and an engineering, design, and fabrication partner for hygienic industries.

One important goal for our team is that Sierra Seals customers will see no interruption of service or product availability due to the acquisition. Customers will have access to more products, support, and innovative solutions. With a mission that states, “We provide value-added process components and systems for hygienic processes. We will understand the needs of our customers and work as a team to fill those needs” CSI and Sierra Seals move forward together as like-minded partners in serving customers with integrity.   

Moving forward with this partnership gives customers more access and more service in the western US. Over the next few months, we will update Sierra Seals' branding with the CSI logo. The team will move to a new site in Ceres, CA, just south of Modesto.
