Anderson-Negele PPR Paperless Process Recorder
The Paperless Process Recorder (PPR) is a digital recorder system for pasteurization, CIP, COP, raw silo monitoring, and any application requiring process parameters such as temperature, flow, pressure, level, conductivity, and turbidity.
The system connects to all existing sensors and allows operators to check trend lines, add annotations, and approve them directly from the touch screen. Combined with Legendary™ cloud software, the PPR solves many problems with paper recorders, including mechanical failure, damaged charts, and reoccurring hardware expenses.
The system not only reduces maintenance costs and human error but streamlines the process parameter recording workflow.
