Basic Design
Wilden Saniflo™ Hygienic HS and FDA clamped metal air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps meet the strict FDA guidelines established for sanitary process applications. The pumps provide reliability and ease of use and maintenance by offering clean-in-place (CIP) and clean-out-of-place (COP) capabilities.
With simple installation and robust durability, the Saniflo FDA pump incorporates a flow-through design, large solids passage, shear-sensitive operation, Tri-Clamp® fittings, and efficiencies to ensure process success.
Additional Options
Three air distribution systems (ADS) are available for Saniflo pumps, including the revolutionary patent-pending Pro-Flo™ SHIFT, which provides 60% savings in air consumption, more yield per SCFM, precisely metered air consumption for less product waste, and maximum Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR).
