Saw Guides
Minimize material loss and improve the quality of your cuts with saw guides from CSI. Also known as a saw block or saw vise, these guides make accurate square cuts, minimize weld preparation, and increase efficiency by saving time when reworking existing pipelines.
In addition, wing nut styles provide additional safety by eliminating clamps that may disconnect during operation. They also contain blade contact roll-pins, which prevent operators from cutting into the guide — increasing their longevity.
The two-piece design clamps around installed pipe from ½ to 6 inches in diameter as well as DIN from DN10 to DN100. CSI also provides saw blades, blade lubricant, and hose cutters.
Saw guides are available in tube and pipe sizes from ½ inch through 6 inch.
