Process Hex Hangers

Process hex style hangers are designed to support high purity stainless steel tube, schedule pipe, and PVC coated conduit. The unique carriage bolt and acorn nut combination eliminate exposed threads to provide a safer and more efficient installation. The light gray silicone insert/grommet eliminates voids and debris entrapment zones.

Process Hex Hangers can be installed in a variety of methods and can be suspended from a pipe or mounted directly to a surface. The materials of construction can be tailored in order to support extremely hot or cold fluids.

Applications: cleanrooms, mechanical areas, biotech pharmaceutical, food processing, beverages, dairy, cosmetic, chemical, water treatment, and semi-conductor industries.

Process Hex Hangers are available in the following sizes: ½", ¾", 1", 1½", 2", 2½, 3", 4", and 6".
