Ampco ROLEC DH
Ampco's ROLEC DH units are an effective and portable way to add dry hop pellets to fermenting, finished, or crashed beer. The units provide recirculation, as well as dry hops addition, and are easily transported or stored.

Standard Design
The ROLEC DH units utilize the Ampco SBI pump to recirculate a fermenter and simultaneously induce dry hop pellets into the stream of beer. With the exception of the DH45 (which has a non-pressurized chamber utilizing a "blanket" of carbon dioxide), the additions are held in a pressurized chamber which is purged of air using carbon dioxide (CO2). The shear pump creates a differential pressure for induction of the hops from the vessel. The hops are chopped so that optimal flavor profiles can be obtained during settling after induction. The ROLEC DH contains a glass-top manway, gauges, and sight glasses that allows the user to ensure the hops are properly moving into the stream and proper pressures are being maintained during the induction process.
The unit is not limited to hops alone; fruit, coffee, chocolate, spices and other ingredients can be added with the ROLEC DH.
The ROLEC DH is a self-contained unit and includes everything needed for ingredient induction. All product contact components are sanitary and clean-in-place (CIP) is performed via a closed-loop within itself (no additional CIP pump is required). The fully portable DH can be used on many fermenters and it's compact size fits well in cramped cellars.

APPLICATIONS
Ampco's ROLEC DH systems are designed specifically for the brewery industry. The ROLEC DH is a fully portable unit that can be utilized for the induction of hops along with other flavors into fermenting, finished, or crashed beer. The portability also allows the system to be used in multiple lines in the process.
