As CEO of Central States Industrial Equipment & Service Inc., I am committed to driving innovative and relevant processing solutions for the people who make our business possible: our customers and our employees. This commitment demands a robust enterprise system, and I am proud to announce that CSI is set to launch a truly remarkable new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on October 1, 2018.

In November 2016 we began with business process mapping followed by evaluation, discovery, and selection of a new system. We have invested significant resources to finance, research, design, and test a powerful new system for sustaining business and customer service innovations far into the future.

We are excited about the transition and ask for your patience in working with our team during this change. Our team is well trained, and they are ready. With a new system, we expect our customers to experience a slow-down from our typical service. We expect that quoting, order entry, and history look-up will be slower than normal in the first few weeks.

Much testing and training has been performed, and we know that we can ship orders on day one. However, we ask for your patience as our muscle memory changes and our expertise grows in a new system.

New CSI Store Log-In

While our team has been working diligently over the last 16 months to ensure a smooth transition for our customers, we appreciate that this is a major undertaking and there will be an interruption in the CSI store service.

We will temporarily close the CSI store from Wednesday September 26th, 10:00 PM until Monday October 1st, 6:00 AM CDT.

Introducing the Top 5 New Features for the CSI Store

• Product Comparison - Users can compare products by price and model number.
• Account Dashboard Views - We now offer a variety of customer account views ranging from Account Summaries that include account balances and contact information, to invoice, shipping, and payment history. As well as the ability to filter account searches by payment date, order number, item number, invoice number, delivery method, reference numbers and a button to place a reorder from the dashboard.
• Improved Sort and Search Functions - Users can now refine their search via the attributes menu which allows searches to be more category specific to make searches easier.
• More User Friendly Wishlists - Users can now add comments or notes to their wish list, share wishlists via email, and add items from the wishlist to an order.
• Improved Check-Out - Users can easily add new ship to addresses and ship via options.
