CSI Names Casey Waters Business Development Leader
March 31, 2020 — Springfield, Missouri — Central States Industrial Equipment and Service, Inc. (CSI) is pleased to announce Casey Waters as Business Development Leader – Southeast. In his new role, Casey will be focusing on Mechanical Contractors and Processors for the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech industries.
Waters brings five years of food and beverage industry experience in the processing field where he served as Service Center Operations Manager and as an Account Representative for MRO products and solutions.
“Casey’s industry experience, his focus on reducing and monitoring costs, as well as an emphasis on preventative maintenance exemplifies his customer-centered approach to business development,” said Natalee Kauffman, Sales Manager. “He’s a problem solver that understands the importance of avoiding downtime and maintaining efficiencies in plants to provide customers with the best value.”
Before coming to CSI, Waters helped customers increase satisfaction with their own key performance indicators, drawing on his business knowledge to help organizations evaluate their processes and meet their business objectives.
In his role as a Business Development Leader, Waters looks forward to serving CSI customers in North and South Carolina. Waters and his wife of five years enjoy hiking, hunting, and they look forward to starting the adoption process in the next year. They have three dogs (Riley, Josie, Zeus) and a cat (Ferguson).
