3D Scanning Technology Gives Processor Peace of Mind with New Equipment
As a processor, you know it's important to take steps to improve safety. Often this includes system upgrades as new technology comes available. One processor needed new transfer panels that allow operators to depressurize the line. They also needed the new panels to fit precisely where their legacy panels were currently installed.
Through the use of CSI's 3D environment scanning capabilities, they were able to design and manufacture 17 transfer panels to fit the customer's facility layout. These panels were designed with cut-outs to fit around existing piping and equipment. Now this processor has peace of mind knowing their operators are safe, and their new transfer panels fit their facility perfectly.
