CSI Names Jonathan Banks Business Development Leader

Jonathan Banks

April 16, 2020 — Springfield, Missouri — Central States Industrial Equipment and Service, Inc. (CSI) is proud to announce Jonathan Banks as Business Development Leader, DFW Metroplex.

For over two years, Jonathan has provided phone support to CSI customers in Louisiana and West Texas — including the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is well known for being honest and passionate about taking care of his customers.

“Jonathan was a sales mentor for me long before he worked at CSI,” said Adam Bruhn, Business Development Leader. “His unique ability to engage with customers on a personal level is what made me confident he’d be successful at CSI. He earns peoples’ trust by asking meaningful questions and giving genuine answers, and he takes ownership of what matters to his customers.”

Jonathan is a customer advocate at heart and will be building on his service experience by assisting customers with a problem-solving approach to their sanitary needs.

He earned a full-ride scholarship to study music at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He plays saxophone in addition to twenty-six other instruments. That talent and versatility extends into his work life where he provides direct, personalized support to contractors, resellers, and OEMs.

Jonathan and his wife Mandy perform with their band—Banks & Co.—in music shows and festivals throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Music is a family affair as Jonathan & Mandy’s two daughters are learning to be musicians, as well — Olivia (age 12) plays ukulele and saxophone and Arley (age 9) plays violin.
